Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a Dishwasher/ Food Preparation Worker to join our team. In this role, you will wash the restaurant's pots, pans and smallwares while also assisting in the preparation of food items with the kitchen staff.

Duties:

• Wash, sanitize and put away the restaurant's dishes
• Take out and replace trash as needed
• Assist in the preparation of food items, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent products
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Help with catering events and special functions as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food service is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Proficiency with knives and other kitchen tools
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:

• The base rate of pay is $13.00 per hour plus tips
