Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Support the culinary team with food preparation tasks as needed. Assist with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Participate in cleaning duties during off-peak hours to maintain a sanitary kitchen environment. Skills Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
