Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and self motivated Food Prep/Dishwasher to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment while assisting with food preparation tasks. You must have the ability to be self motivated, follow instructions and understand the importance of completing a daily task list. The ideal candidate will have previous food/hospitality food preparation experience. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items. Support catering and banquet events. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including counters, floors, and storage spaces, following health standards. Help with bussing tables and clearing plates during service to ensure a clean dining environment. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene in all tasks. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall food service operations in a fast-paced environment. Skills Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is a must. Strong attention to cleanliness and safety regulations related to food handling. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic cooking skills or familiarity with kitchen equipment is required. Good communication skills for working effectively with team members and supporting front-of-house staff.

Pay:

$27,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
