King Kamehameha Golf Club in Wailuku, HI , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a seasonal part-time PM Cook ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less.

Compensation:

$23.00 - $24.00 per hour

BOE Key Responsibilities:

Clean, sanitize and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware Maintain cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping Empty the kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage Perform daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Must be able to work weekends Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
