Nice, Innovative, Passionate, and Inclusive. Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen areas. Properly store clean dishes, equipment, and supplies. Remove trash and maintain designated waste areas. Sweep, mop, and clean floors and work areas as needed. Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Support Culinary and Concessions teams with event setup and cleanup. Communicate equipment or sanitation concerns to leadership. Complete additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous dishwashing or food service experience preferred, but not required. Dependable, hardworking, and team-focused. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull as required. Comfortable working around water, cleaning products, and kitchen equipment. Flexible availability for events, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
