Duties Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools following established food safety sanitizing procedures Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff Busing tables by clearing used dishes and assisting with tray collection to ensure cleanliness and organization in dining areas Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, trays, and supplies safely in accordance with health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces to ensure a hygienic environment Follow all sanitation guidelines related to food handling, kitchen health and safety standards, and food safety management practices Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with food safety procedures and sanitation practices is essential Experience operating commercial dishwashing equipment or similar kitchen machinery is advantageous Knowledge of basic knife skills and food handling techniques is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during busy service periods Prior banquet or catering experience can be beneficial but is not required Strong understanding of kitchen health standards and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace Join us as a Dishwasher and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
