$13.44-$17.17 per hour

What You'll Do As a Culinary Services Aide, you'll help create a clean, welcoming dining experience for our residents and support our culinary team behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Keeping the kitchen and dishwashing areas clean and organized Assisting with food preparation, including salads, desserts, fruits, vegetables, and other simple tasks Setting up and organizing dining areas Transporting clean dishes and food carts as needed Removing trash and helping maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen environment Working as part of a team to provide exceptional service to our residents What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Enjoys working as part of a team Takes pride in keeping work areas clean and organized Has a positive attitude and dependable work ethic Is willing to learn—we provide on-the-job training Can perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail No previous healthcare or culinary experience is required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Ability to work safely while following sanitation and infection prevention procedures Why Join Greencroft Communities?
