Support the kitchen team by bussing tables and clearing dishes during service hours to ensure a smooth flow. Help with basic food prep tasks, including peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients under supervision. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and used responsibly to uphold safety standards. Support catering and banquet events by providing timely dishwashing services and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event. Skills Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary operations. Familiarity with kitchen equipment, dishwashing machines, and cleaning tools is a plus.
