The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. As a Dishwasher, you will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety standards. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by cleaning floors, counters, and other surfaces as needed. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about food preparation and hospitality practices.
