Duties Assist with food preparation including basic cooking techniques such as grilling, and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and dishwashing machines Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas following food safety procedures and sanitizing protocols Support high-volume food production by preparing ingredients and assembling dishes in accordance with menu specifications Handle food safely during preparation and serving, ensuring proper food handling practices are followed at all times Perform dishwashing duties diligently to ensure all utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools are sanitized and ready for use Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs or equipment maintenance issues Requirements Previous experience in food service outside of
