Overview We need a dependable, hard-working dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly. You'll make sure our cooks & servers have clean & sanitized dishware & keep the sinks clean & organized. Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as slicing, chopping, and portioning ingredients. Support the kitchen team by unloading deliveries, putting away deliveries in the correct location, organizing supplies and ensuring all items are stored properly for easy access. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including dishwashers, slicers, mixers, and other culinary tools Follow strict food handling procedures to uphold food safety management standards and prevent contamination Maintain cleanliness of work areas by sanitizing surfaces, floors, and storage spaces regularly, emptying trash & taking care of recycling. Keep prep room clean & organized at all times. Follow daily side work cleaning list. Present signed task-list to a manager to get signed off daily.

Requirements Reliability is key:

Show up on time, every shift. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and proper food handling practices is highly desirable Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and team members Basic knife skills Ability to stand for long periods & lift 50 lbs Morning & evening hours available.

Pay:

$17.00 per hour
