In this essential role, you will be the backbone of our food service operation, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless, sanitized, and ready for the next round of delicious meals. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet sanitation standards Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup Operate dishwashing machinery safely and effectively while adhering to kitchen health and safety.
