The Rathskeller (instagram: @rathskeller_md) is a very busy contemporary German restaurant. We are looking for Dishwashers. Schedule could be Monday-Saturday 4pm-10pm. If interested, please send me a message if Friday at 4pm or Saturday at 4pm is good for you to work a trial shift for about 2 hours. Summary As a Dishwasher, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, your core skills in organization, cleanliness, and urgency will ensure efficient operations. Your premium skills in getting to work on-time, showing up, and pushing through an overwhelming amount of plates, pots and pans, absolutely suck and will make you tougher as a person. Qualifications Show up Work REALLY hard Able to lift 50 lb Able to stand and move quickly for up to 8 hours at a time Knowledge of good sanitation protocol Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Support kitchen staff Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
