Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety standards. This position is essential for supporting our cooks in delivering high-quality dining experiences. Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the Executive Chef. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. Collaborate with cooks and other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during busy service periods. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
