In this position, you will ensure the kitchen operates smoothly by keeping up with dishes during both slow and busy times, supporting food preparation if needed, and assisting with bussing tables to keep the restaurant vibrant and welcoming. Your proactive approach will help keep a clean, organized environment that delights our guests and supports our kitchen and front of house staff.

- Duties Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic chopping, ingredient setup, and/or portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff. Clear and bus tables promptly, ensuring a clean dining area at all times that enhances guest satisfaction. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including sinks, and other small appliances necessary for daily operations. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or trash removal. Support the overall cleanliness of the restaurant by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing floors and workstations regularly. Other Duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting.
