Job Description

Dishwasher Job Description Brickyard Hollow Brewing Co. is looking to add Dishwashers to the team at our Brunswick location! If you take pride in keeping a clean, organized kitchen and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace Properly sort, wash, sanitize, and store dishes, cookware, and utensils Open and close the dish station following established procedures Keep BOH floors clean, dry, and free of hazards Empty trash and recycling throughout the shift Maintain organization of the dry storage area and shelving Complete daily and weekly cleaning and sanitation tasks Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed Support the BOH team to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Reliable, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Starting Pay:

$17/hour + tips

Pay:

$17.00 per hour
