SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Dishwasher and Server to work at a beautiful boarding school in Hebron, ME. This is an opportunity to join a cooperative team with ongoing training and lots of growth opportunities! A beautiful boarding school, open 7 days a week. A part-time dishwasher cleans dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in restaurants or hotels, typically working under 35 hours per week. Key responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, sanitizing kitchen areas, organizing the dish station, and assisting with tasks like taking out trash. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Average 10-20 hours a week. Typical Shift weekdays plus 1 weekend day 3:00- 7:30. Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile! Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots. Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience. Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen. What you'll need: Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean. Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures. Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
