Duties Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently, ensuring all utensils, cookware, and dishware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to food safety procedures Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient handling, portioning, and basic cooking support under supervision Support the kitchen team by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Follow strict sanitation protocols for cleaning kitchen surfaces, equipment, and food handling areas to uphold health standards Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of supplies and restocking of shelves, breaking down boxes. Support food safety management by adhering to proper food handling procedures and maintaining a clean work environment Assist with operating kitchen equipment like ovens, mixers, or prep stations as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen setting Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Basic understanding of kitchen health and safety standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment Willingness to support various roles such as bussing, food prep, or assisting with catering or hotel services as needed Join us in creating a vibrant dining experience by supporting our culinary team with your energy and dedication. Pay:
