Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a Food Preparation Worker / dishwasher to join our team in the area. As a Food Preparation Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with menu planning, food preparation, eashing pots pans, dishes and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties:

• Assist with menu planning and preparation of meals
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as needed
• Assist with catering events and special functions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• clean pots,pans, and dishes
• sweep, mop daily

Skills:

• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
