Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and prep work under supervision. Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing trash, and ensuring dining areas are tidy for guests. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including dishwashers, sinks, and other related appliances while adhering to kitchen health and safety standards. Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, trays, and boxes safely during cleaning or restocking activities. Follow all food safety management protocols to uphold hygiene standards across the kitchen environment. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation practices is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during cleaning or stock replenishment tasks. Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards ensures a safe working environment for all team members.
