Job Description
Job Overview The Saloon is looking for a dependable employee to join our team as a dishwasher. The dishwasher is responsible for washing tableware, cook and prep dishes, and pots and pans. The dishwasher is also responsible for emptying the trash and sweeping and mopping the dishwashing area. Must be at least 16 years of age. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and storage areas in accordance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service Skills Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff Good physical stamina for standing long hours, lifting heavy items, and performing repetitive tasks
