Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our food service operations and providing an excellent dining experience for our guests. Working hours for AM Dishwasher are in the 8am-4pm range Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by regularly cleaning work areas, floors, and equipment. Support banquet and catering services by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Complete "cut work" duties (Finish washing / putting away dishes, sweep floors, empty and re bag trash cans, etc.)
