Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly and courteously Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations to uphold sanitation standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays or supplies safely and correctly in accordance with kitchen health and safety standards Operate kitchen equipment responsibly, including dishwashers and other cleaning tools Follow all sanitation protocols to ensure food handling safety and prevent contamination during service Skills Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitizing standards, and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving supplies or equipment Strong organizational skills to keep work areas clean and efficient during busy service times Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management Basic understanding of restaurant or hospitality operations; previous food service or catering experience is a plus but not required Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and support a positive guest experience Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where cleanliness meets hospitality excellence!
