We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support our kitchen operations through efficient dishwashing and food preparation. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and productive kitchen environment while helping the culinary team deliver a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a timely and sanitary manner Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, prep stations, and common kitchen spaces Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times Properly store cleaned items and prepared ingredients according to kitchen procedures Remove trash, recycling, and kitchen waste as needed Support cooks and kitchen staff with additional tasks during busy periods Report maintenance or supply issues to the appropriate team member Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, or willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate-weight items as needed Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure Preferred Skills (not required) Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, cafeteria, or food service setting Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment and standard kitchen tools Experience assisting with ingredient prep in a professional kitchen If you are hardworking, organized, and enjoy contributing to a collaborative kitchen team, we encourage you to apply!
