Job Description
- Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/prep cook to join our team. The Dishwasher/prep cook will be responsible for light and basic food preperation as well as maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Responsibilities
- Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly washed and sanitized
- Organize cleaned dishes and utensils
- Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Strong work ethic and team player attitude
