A clean kitchen is the foundation everything else is built on. About the Role As a Dishwasher at Bestow, you keep the kitchen running. You'll load and unload our dishwashing machine, keep dishes and equipment moving efficiently, maintain a clean and organized dish area, and manage trash and recycling throughout the shift. Because we're a bakery and not a full-service restaurant, the dish volume is manageable. When the dish pit is caught up, you'll pitch in with the baking team on simple production tasks — things like scooping and counting cookies, making icings, and processing ingredients. It's honest, varied work in a calm daytime kitchen where your contribution is noticed and appreciated. This is a day shift position on Saturdays.
