This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, countertops, and sinks. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations. Dispose of waste and recyclables according to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning of dishes during peak service times. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Previous experience in a banquet, restaurant, or hotel kitchen setting is preferred.
