Responsibilities Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently, ensuring all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware are cleaned to strict sanitation standards Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup Bypass or troubleshoot dishwashing machinery to maintain continuous workflow Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by regularly sanitizing workstations, sinks, and surrounding areas in accordance with food safety procedures Follow all food safety management protocols and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination Handle manual lifting of heavy items such as large pots, trays, or bulk supplies safely and correctly Maintain clean and safe floor surfaces Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and kitchen health standards Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads regularly Excellent attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us as a Dishwasher and become an essential part of our vibrant hospitality team!
