Hudson Farm is a private, members-only club nestled in the serene hills of Andover, NJ. Known for exceptional service and fine dining, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to join our back-of-house team and help ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

Position Summary:

The Kitchen Steward plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. This position supports our culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and by assisting with general kitchen upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize all dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, floors, and trash disposal. Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed. Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed. Support chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during meal times.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a professional kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays. Ability to lift heavy objects and transport Accepting seasonal part-timers April-June & September- November.

Shifts available:

Weekdays & Weekends 7am-3pm/3pm-10pm/10am-10pm

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
