Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly to maintain a clean dining area Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup assistance Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including dishwashers, sinks, and prep tools Maintain cleanliness of all food service areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays or boxes of supplies while adhering to proper ergonomic practices Follow all sanitation standards to ensure kitchen health and safety compliance at all times Skills Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as dishwashers and prep tools Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in fast-paced settings Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests and supporting colleagues Basic understanding of culinary practices or catering experience is a plus but not mandatory Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality by ensuring our kitchen remains spotless and our guests enjoy a clean, safe dining environment.
