Line Cooks & Prep Cooks Description:

We're looking for experienced, detail-oriented cooks who take pride in their work and can perform under pressure. This role is about consistency, speed, and execution, every plate matters. Hourly pay is based on experience for all positions.

Responsibilities:

Execute menu items consistently and according to spec Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and organization Communicate clearly with chefs and the expo line Handle prep work, station setup, and breakdown efficiently Support overall kitchen flow during high-volume service

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in upscale or high-volume kitchens Strong knife skills and attention to detail Ability to work clean, organized, and efficient under pressure Dependable, team-oriented, and takes pride in their craft

Dishwasher Description:

Dishwashers keep the entire operation moving. You're the foundation—without you, nothing works. We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals ready to be part of a high-performance kitchen team.

Responsibilities:
