Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food service and enjoy working in a collaborative setting. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cooking equipment to maintain high hygiene standards. Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly after guests finish their meals. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash as needed. Support food preparation tasks if needed as directed by the kitchen staff, including peeling vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking. Ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with, banquet service or catering is a plus. Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen operations is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
