Roast Sandwich House is seeking a dependable and hardworking Prep / Dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations. This role focuses on food preparation and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment to ensure efficient service and high food quality. Food Preparation Marinate meats according to Roast recipes and standards Slice proteins, vegetables, and other ingredients Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service Label, date, and properly store prepared food Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Kitchen Cleaning & Organization Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift Sanitize prep surfaces, equipment, and tools Assist with opening and closing cleaning tasks Take out trash and maintain clean storage areas Dishwashing Wash dishes, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment Operate dishwashing station safely and efficiently Keep dish area clean and stocked
