Job Overview Join our team as a Porter / Dishwasher, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of our busy kitchen. Your efforts will ensure that our kitchen remains a safe, hygienic, and efficient space, allowing our culinary staff to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Duties Responsible for thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and food preparation areas in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning tools efficiently while adhering to kitchen health and safety standards Handle heavy lifting of supplies, dishes, and equipment safely using proper manual handling techniques Assist in taking out trash, garbage, composting and recycling Maintain sanitation standards through regular cleaning routines, ensuring compliance with food safety management protocols Other tasks as directed by our Chef Skills Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, and basic cooking tools safely and effectively Reliable, hard working, efficient, listening and communication skills Positive, team players We value energetic team players committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and supporting our culinary team's success.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
