Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup Bypass dirty dishes efficiently by bussing tables and clearing used items from dining areas Operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and correctly Follow all kitchen health and safety standards to maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace Support heavy lifting tasks related to moving supplies or large quantities of dishware while adhering to manual handling guidelines Ensure compliance with food safety regulations by maintaining proper sanitation practices throughout the shift Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards is advantageous Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently for extended periods Basic knowledge of operating kitchen equipment such as dishwashers or cleaning tools is a plus Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a team-oriented mindset Join us as a Dishwasher and become an essential part of our vibrant culinary team!
