Job Description

Responsibilities Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools. Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup. Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing trash, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Handle manual cleaning tasks for items not suitable for dishwashers, including heavy lifting of pots and pans. Maintain kitchen sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, sinks, and storage areas. Adhere to all kitchen health and safety standards to promote a safe working environment for everyone.
