Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently to meet health standards. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or preparing ingredients under supervision. Support the kitchen team by bussing tables and clearing used dishware during busy service periods. Help with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to uphold sanitation standards. Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils for food service.
