Full Job Description Duties:

• Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed
• Support the culinary team and help with cooking tasks
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are followed
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide efficient food service
• Assist with catering events and special functions as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
