The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. This position requires a commitment to upholding high standards of hygiene and efficiency, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and other surfaces. Support banquet operations by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures for proper food handling. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen supervisor promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong cleaning skills with an emphasis on hygiene standards in food service areas. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
