Position Overview The Dishwasher plays an essential role in supporting The Medallion Club experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This position ensures that dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and available when needed while supporting the culinary team in maintaining high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and service. The Dishwasher works collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to contribute to a polished, member-focused environment. Essential Responsibilities Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing and kitchen area throughout each shift. Operate and maintain the commercial dishwashing equipment according to club procedures. Ensure clean dishes, glassware, and utensils are consistently available to support kitchen and service operations. Assist culinary team members with basic kitchen support and cleaning duties as needed. Properly handle and dispose of food waste, trash, and recycling in accordance with club procedures. Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and other kitchen areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety. Maintain appropriate levels of cleaning and sanitation supplies and communicate supply needs to management. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Work collaboratively with culinary and service teams to support an efficient and professional operation. Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned. Maintain a professional, team-oriented demeanor while contributing to a positive work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager on duty. Qualifications Dependable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Ability to follow established procedures and safety standards. Willingness to support team members and contribute to a member-focused environment. Previous restaurant, kitchen, or dishwashing experience preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, water, cleaning products, and noise.
