Job Description

Jewel Box Steak is hiring a skilled dishwasher and prep assist. Hours are Wednesday - Saturday 4 - close which ranges from 10-11pm.

Responsibilities include:

Operating the dish pit and maintaining a clean, organized dishwashing stationCleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and servicewareSupporting line cooks and chef with ingredient preparationMaintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and restaurantFollowing health and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic work environmentAssisting with general kitchen tasks as needed to supportThis role pays $24 including tips.
