We are currently hiring 50 Harvesting Operations Workers Immediate openings available. No experience required Paid training provided Full-time and part-time positions available Apply in person Monday through Friday No previous mushroom harvesting experience is required. If you are dependable, motivated, and ready to work, we will provide the training you need to succeed. As a Harvesting Operations Worker, you will harvest fresh mushrooms while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and productivity. You will work as part of a team in an indoor mushroom growing facility. Responsibilities Harvest mushrooms according to company quality standards. Handle mushrooms carefully to prevent damage. Sort and place harvested mushrooms into the appropriate containers. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Work efficiently to meet productivity expectations. Perform other harvesting-related duties as assigned. Qualifications No experience required; training provided. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Reliable transportation. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
