Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in our dining establishment.

Duties:

• Wash dishes, flatware, pots, or pans using proper washing and sanitization methods.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and floors clean and sanitary throughout the shift.
• Place clean and dried dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in proper storage areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with closing procedures such as taking out trash and cleaning the floor
• Support kitchen staff as needed during peak dining hours (helping take in deliveries, grabbing product from the walk-in or dry storage areas)
• Routinely organize and clean basement, kitchen areas
• Clean front of the House bathroom
• Sweep and mop back of the house and front of the house

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required
• Willingness to learn how the restaurant functions, and how to effectively and properly wash dishes if applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitization safety procedures.
• Willingness to assist in catering events or special functions as required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more in any given situation.
• Ability to help with Prep during downtimes and help restock line items if needed during peak times.

No Late Nights Shift would be Saturday and Sundays 10-4:30PM.
