You will ensure every plate, glass, and pan is spotless, and keep the kitchen floor safe, clean, and organized.

Core Responsibilities Dishwashing:

Wash all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans using our commercial machine.

Speedy Sorting:

Return clean plates and cookware to the line quickly so the cooks have what they need.

Floor Safety:

Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to prevent slips.

Trash & Recycling:

Empty kitchen trash cans and break down boxes throughout your shift.

Chemical Safety:

Follow safety rules when using dish machine chemicals and cleaning supplies.

Team Support:

Help unload food deliveries and assist with basic prep work like peeling veggies when needed.

Skills and Qualifications Physical Stamina:

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, crouch and kneel.

Speed & Energy:

Thrives in a fast, high-volume environment.

Team Player:

Friendly attitude and ready to help out wherever needed.

Flexibility:

Available to work nights, weekends, and busy holiday shifts.

No Experience Needed:

We will train you on day one if you have the right attitude. Flexible working schedule, ability to work nights & weekends. Driving golf carts or other similar vehicles as needed Employees do not handle or care for animals, but employee must be comfortable around horses and dogs with the possibility of encountering other wildlife. Your energy and commitment will be vital in supporting our culinary team's success while advancing your skills within the hospitality industry.
