KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Operate the dishwasher to properly clean dishes, and the pot wash sink to clean all cooking utensils used in the kitchen, banquets, and restaurants. Restock all supplies. Attends to all general kitchen cleaning duties, including but not limited to cleaning and mopping of kitchen floors and removal of all trash from the kitchen and storeroom. Restock clean glasses, silverware, plates, and kitchen equipment. Ensure all cleaning is performed to stay within compliance guidelines as outlined by DHEC. Put away food stock and dry goods. Perform other duties as requested, such as assisting with unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of or willingness to learn how to operate a commercial dishwasher. Ability to perform duties with extreme temperature change. Sufficient dexterity of hands in order to load and unload dishwasher. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods.
