Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Individual to join our team. Someone who is flexible and interested in dual positions. We are looking for someone interested in both dishwashing and cooking. Our candidate will work 1-3 Dish shifts a week and 3-5 Cook shifts a week. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow safety protocols, and support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness.

Dish Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, pots, pans, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using a commercial dishwasher. Ensure all dishes are cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sinks, dish racks, and dishwashing machines. Remove trash and recycling from the kitchen and ensure it is disposed of properly. Cook Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu plans. Assist in menu planning to ensure a diverse and appealing selection of dishes. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is awesome, but never required. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
