Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Breakfast Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans used in the kitchen. Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Assist with the general cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors. Support kitchen staff by bussing tables and ensuring that all dining areas are tidy. Help with food handling tasks as needed, including assisting cooks during peak hours. Maintain an organized dish area to ensure quick access to clean items for culinary staff. Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling. Qualifications Previous experience in a banquet or hotel setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to supporting culinary staff and enhancing guest experiences. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
