Support bussing activities by clearing tables, removing used dishware, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including dishwashers, sinks, and other sanitation tools. Follow all food safety management protocols to ensure sanitation standards are consistently met. Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, trays, and containers safely while adhering to kitchen health and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas. Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and sanitation standards within a commercial kitchen setting. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during busy service hours.
