Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, silverware, and glassware promptly and courteously Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including dishwashers, sinks, and other small appliances Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or equipment with proper technique to ensure safety Follow all restaurant health and safety standards to uphold sanitation regulations and prevent cross-contamination Willing to work Thursday - Saturday, 10am- 8pm Must be at least 18 years old. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred.
