Dishwashing & Kitchen Duties
Wash and sanitize all plates, glasses, utensils, and cookware by hand or using industrial dish machines.
Stock clean dishes and cookware in proper kitchen and service areas so staff have constant access during peak hours.
Maintain the dish area by keeping it tidy, organized, and free of clutter.
Unload and store delivery supplies and food shipments as needed.
Bussing & Dining Room Duties
Clear dirty plates, glasses, and silverware from dining tables promptly after guests leave.
Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and booths to prepare them for new customers.
Assist servers by refilling water, bringing out basic items, or helping with take-out orders.
Sanitation & Maintenance
Sweep and mop floors in the dining room, kitchen, and dish area.
Take out trash, empty garbage cans, and clean trash receptacles regularly.
Follow health and safety codes to keep the restaurant safe and sanitary
Job Requirements
Physical stamina: Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during a shift.
Heavy lifting: Capability to lift and move up to 40-50 pounds.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Team player: Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
